Can I pick three of the same ring in different sizes?
Yes. If you're between sizes or want to be certain, that's a smart use of the program.
Can I pick three different rings to compare side by side?
Also yes. The whole point is to live with the options.
What if I want to keep two rings, not one?
You can keep as many of the three as you want. The $49 applies as a credit toward your final purchase. Whatever you don't keep, you send back.
How do I tell you which ring I want to keep?
Reply to your order confirmation email. We'll send you an invoice for the balance with your $49 already credited. Once that's paid, the ring is officially yours.
What if I miss the seven-day deadline?
We'll charge the card on file for the rings you didn't return. If something genuinely got in the way — travel, an emergency, a delivery issue — email us before the deadline and we'll work it out.
Is the $49 separate from the ring price?
No. If you keep a ring, the $49 you already paid comes off the final price. If you keep nothing, the $49 comes back to you in full.
What if a ring arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email hello@archerwade.com with a photo and we'll sort it before the clock starts.
Do you ship outside the US?
Try Three at Home is US-only for now.
What's the return process like?
Every box ships with a prepaid USPS return label and return packaging. Drop the rings in the return mailer, attach the label, and drop it at any USPS location. Return must be scanned by USPS by end of day 7.
